Adult Group Art Therapy - Flossmoor

Participants will be asked to reflect on how they are implementing self-care in their lives currently, how they can improve or maintain a self-care routine, and what their goals are for self-care. Participants will then be encouraged to look through magazines to find images that resonate with their personal self-care practices, needs, and goals and use those images to create art representative of themselves when they are whole, nourished, and fully cared for.
