Adult Group Art Therapy - Flossmoor

Participants will be encouraged to identify a plant or several plants that they feel reflect themselves. Participants will then be asked to draw a garden representative of themselves, being mindful to consider their strengths (healthy flourishing plants), challenges/obstacles (weeds), goals/dreams (seeds/ sprouts), supports, and coping skills (nourishing elements such as water, sunlight, insects, gardeners, etc.).
