Adult Group Art Therapy - Flossmoor

Participants will be asked to reflect on their own unique strengths and attributes, and how those strengths empower them. Participants will also be encouraged to consider if their own empowerment through their strength further strengthens others. Participants will be encouraged to use paint to represent their unique power.
