Adult Group Art Therapy - Flossmoor

Participants will be directed to begin visualizing their own personal safe place. Participants will be prompted to think about elements of the space, as they consider whether the space is indoor/outdoor, real/imaginary, populated/isolated, urban/rural, etc. Then participants will be directed to engage their senses and identify aspects of the space that connect to sight, sound, smell, taste, and feel. Participants will then depict this place in a drawing.
