Adult Group Art Therapy - Flossmoor

Participants will be asked to take a moment to think about their emotions (throughout the day week, month, or other period of time), and visualize a landscape that reflects their current emotional states. Participants will then be asked to use watercolors to depict the landscape including a background, middle ground, and foreground. Participants will then be prompted with questions for reflection/discussion.
