Adult Group Art Therapy - Flossmoor

Participants are encouraged to pick an affirmation from a bowl, unfold it to see what affirmation they picked, and choose desired materials to make an artwork that represents their affirmation. Participants will then be given the opportunity to share their affirmation and how it may have resonated with them.
