Adult Group Art Therapy - Flossmoor

The intention of this directive is to provide a space for participants to process the function of their personal boundaries, and to recognize and reflect on their different boundary styles. Participants will be asked to conceptualize what their personal boundaries are, and if there areas in which they would benefit from implementing, adjusting, or restructuring boundaries in their life. Participants can benefit from recognizing the necessity of healthy boundaries, and their right to set limits with others that support their wellbeing.
