Aligning Your Inner Family Dynamics

This session will use drama and acting to learn about the different types of family dynamics, and how to effectively navigate them to achieve the best personal outcomes. We recommend that you also attend the session on Inner Boundaries and Inner Self. All materials will be provided.

About the Event
Using the creative process and open sharing in a safe space, you will explore various topics designed to help you self-reflect and align your inner self with your outer goals. We will explore a variety of topics and art modalities which can be found on our website. Sessions are open to historically demographically underserved residents of Chicagoland ages 16-24. All art materials will be provided. Take home your project and learning materials to continue to explore the topic on your own, or schedule a private session with the provider.
All participants must complete a confidential intake form.
Participants who complete milestones will receive a gift card stipend (5 sessions $25, 10 sessions $50, 15 sessions $100. Transit assistance provided to those who need it (2 single-ride passes per session).
